Here's a fun little drawing I drew plus a story.
Story:
"Why are you covered in paint son?" His dad asked.
"I am hiding from the paint blob monster." Danny replied.
"That is silly." His father laughed.
Danny started laughing when the paint monster picked up a can of paint and dumped it on his dad's head.
"Okay son..." He said pulling the bucket of paint off his head. Paint flowed down his clothes. "I believe you."
Moral: Kids might no more than you think.

This is Chicken Man. He is able to run super fast to get away from Danger.
Story: Scared by chickens as a kid, he uses that for supper speed. Picturing those chickens now makes him run super fast. He uses it as a secret weapon. Turning his fear into a power to help people.

My idea: A creature/character with a bucket.
On the left is what I call my Scribbly Sketch (My phrase I made up). Using just a black fine point Sharpie Marker to get an idea going.
THE STORY: The elf boy is always able to carry a huge bucket full of gold back to his family in a village. No one understands how he's able to. No one can see his imaginary friend.

Wow!! I had something amazing happen. My wife took this picture of a frog at work and sent me a picture. I said, "I could use that in a video."
While drawing the frog in a realistic way my mother in law drops in the comments: "I know what inspired that." I was laughing at that.
The Lilly pad was a challenge I made up in the video: "I bet I could turn a scribble into a frog." Red is the Scribble.

I made an oopsie in my drawing. His left foot I drew to big and for comedy added a sock and said "It shrunk and now it won't fit."

In 131 drawings I've only used my right hand. And, with my left hand, "The easy part was erasing." As I said in the video.

I had a new challenge for today! 10a.m. EST.
I've drawn myself before in cartoon form, but, I want to try and draw myself in a Dr. Seuss style. Never
tried this style.
I think I passed the challenge. I felt so relaxed in this style, I do have a bit of a Dr. Seuss in my artwork, I grew up reading his books.

In my latest live drawing video. I let a single dice determine how many one eyed creatures I would draw.
The one on the left I used pencil to show step-by-step how to draw him. Then an ultra fine Sharpie Marker to ink him in.
On the right I challenged myself to draw only using a black ink pen.

No, it's the little gnome up in the right corner of the page. He was in my drawing on 11/13/2020. And he's back again. Tomorrow I will draw what he actually looks like.

Let's draw a random Female Elf character with a pet using. #BICPens Round M Ink pen for the sketch and color.
In this video I wasn't my usual confident self for some reason, but I didn't give up and I kept going and eventually what ever was going on wasn't an issue. Drawing with just an ink pen can be daunting.

This was an interesting drawing. My wife woke me up and I wanted to start drawing.
Plus I had a challenge (Draw twin characters) in mind.
I Used my Prismacolor pencils (like the Crayola 8 pack). So I did. With a twist. I used another set of colored pencils.
They don't have a name for them.
Can you guess which side is the prismacolor pencils?

EWE QUEST
“You have a ewe born with a crystal within the young lamb’s wool on her forehead.”
“Yes, how’d you know?”
He held out a scroll in his hand. “This is how I know, it’s been in my family for generations.”
“So you need to take the ewe?”
“If I don’t, I can’t complete the quest the scroll has laid out for me.” His dark green eyes focused on hers.
The young eye spread its new wings and lifted up off the ground. A smile on its little face and it let out an unusual sound before coming to a rest on top of his head.
She couldn’t help but smile at the sight. He’d always had a serious tone in his voice and his posture. This scene made it hard for her to take it seriously.
He noticed the smile on her face and the look in her pale purple eyes. The ewe felt warm setting on his head. Turning on his heals he kept the scroll in his hand while she held onto the mother of the ewe.
“Wait what is the quest? Will I see you again-”
“This ewe is said to be able to awaken anyone. You know the trouble of our land and what it’s been like,” He kept his back turned when he replied to what she didn’t want to continue with. “If my quest is successful, you will see me again. This I promise.”

Random Junk/Suff choice Challenge with a TWIST. Freddy is only part of the TWIST.
In my video I had a box full of random pens, pencils, and colored pencils I had in a pen case holder. My sock puppet (couldn't feel what he picked) chose them with a my pare of dice (number doubled).
Items on the left I used. Items on the right wouldn't work.
Jyot sent me a picture of her cat Misha. It gives me a drawing idea for today. I used a dice and rolled a 1 that I doubled for the number of pets in the box.

I offered tips and tricks for drawing unique characters.
I had a blast using a Scribble Sketch technique to create her foundation staying loose until I was happy with the results.

After procrastinating on one of my videos about
Sharpie Markers. I finally decided to just have fun. Using just an 8 Pack. I started by testing the colors. Then I did a thumbnail sketch, after that I used a piece of tracing paper to see what it would look like colored in. I think I nailed the final larger drawing. I used Card Stock instead of printer paper.

I always add in a TWIST in my videos. This IS a squirrel and YES it can fly.
Normal squirrels have flaps of skin on the sides of their body that they glide with NOT fly.

Drawing Super Duck
With a TWIST
In this exciting two part video I had so much fun.
Using a drawing I did on 5/17/2021(I draw all the time even when I am not live.) I colored him in when a friend of mine suggested that I use my Sharpie Markers.
I decided to use the colored in version with another piece of light printer paper over it to add a costume. Creating his alter ego Super Duck.

Drawing while multiplying time
With a TWIST
The Challenge:
I started out with 1 minute 15 seconds, and doubled each time until I reached 10 minutes.
For a total time of: 18 min 45 sec
A yellow belly butter ball came to mind (I was sleeping and woke up and wrote that down).
The first two drawings I only used my Paper Mate Flair pen. The 5 min one I used my Pentel P209 0.9mm pencil (so I could erase). The final drawing I combined my notes and used my Yellow, Red, and Blue Sharpie Markers.

Drawing Super Bear again
With a TWIST
Yes this is the bear a drew back on 6/14/2021 and again on 6/15/2021 where he got his origin and owner.
Nikki Jh gave me the idea of a new name. Super Bear was already in use and I didn't want to have issues if I were to make money off of him.
So she suggested Camp, short for Champion. I added Super onto the Shortened name: Super Champ.
So when his own Lucy Sketch leaves the house she puts on Champs cape and mask transforming him into Super Bear who has a very overactive imagination.
Oh the realistic stuffed bear head on the bottom left was an idea for a realistic stuffed teddy, but it doesn't have the same energetic appeal. I did some thumbnail poses too.
